		<description>Does this workplace boundary need to be told to the employee regardless of age?   The fact that it is a teenager does not justify the action.   If that teen had taken pictures of anyone undressing in a private place he would be arrested.  This is just common sense.  But as one of my friends likes to say, common sense isn&#039;t but common man (or woman) is.</description>
