Chrysler worker wonders why he was fired after posting CEO’s e-mail address on Internet

We’re sure this worker thought he was exercising his free speech when he posted the e-mail address of the Chrysler CEO on the Internet. Just the same, Chrysler exercised its free speech when it told him, “You’re fired.”
Before posting the address, Rob Diel thought Chrysler was going to fire him anyway. The automaker had announced its plans to outsource several hundred IT jobs.
But what Diel ended up doing got him fired a month earlier than he expected.
Diel made several posts on the Internet under the name “Chryslerworker,” including, “Boycott Chrysler … E-mail (CEO Bob) Nardelli and tell him what a great job he’s doing.”
In one post to the Detroit Free Press Web site, he included Nardelli’s Chrysler e-mail address.
So the company fired him – typical when an employee discloses internal company information.
But Diel says he was surprised his contract ended early. (He expected they’d be happy about this?)

Hello ,
I recently found a new jobs site called HealthCareCrossing. What is interesting is that HealthCareCrossing goes out and finds all of the health care jobs from other job boards and employer websites (i.e., magazines, newspapers, hospitals, clinics and general posting sites) and puts them all on its site .
I have found some listings to be out of date but still like the site. I hope these guys make it because it is a good resource for the customer service-related community in my opinion since the site is dedicate exclusively to us.
