		<description>I had a contract employee (sales) running their own business during the day. I actually knew of this other business, but was assured that my sales efforts would take precedence. Of course, we know how that turned out.

After I gave him an ultimatum that I would need a 100% effort on his part (after a month of no sales), he told me he couldn&#039;t promise 100% effort, nor even 50%.
