I actually knew of this other business, but was assured that my sales efforts would take precedence. Of course, we know how that turned out. After I gave him an ultimatum that I would need a 100% effort on his part (after a month of no sales), he told me he couldn't promise 100% effort, nor even 50%. Bye Bye!
